LIVE FOR UR PASSION!!!

WE THE PEOPLE –“SOLDERING ON?” 30th , sep,2007

Audacious NDTV journalist BARKHA DUTT was the host of this heart melting show. The show which made me think of the past moments in my own life.

There are 2 people whom I would like to mention who had the motivating quotient in the show.
1) Major. Mitra - the brave soldier who lost his sight on a brigade.
2) Suhasini- the wife of a soldier who passed away during the battle.

Their story really touched my hearts.

The show took its own time and went on its own pace to bring down the emotion on the viewers. But it has left a tremendous impact on many.

Major. Mitra was sponsored by IMA to do his masters in TATA institute of social science. Then later he was sponsored to do his masters in economics in London school of business. At present he is employed with a MNC in a high designation. Though Im missing lots of contents which was discussed in the one hour show , I will put forward those incidences which will arouse the readers instincts.

Major. Mitra was asked about his accident. He replied “there were 3 soldiers who were there with him in the mission. One of them got injured and what mitra did was he left his collar badge on that persons collar so that he will get a better treatment thinking he is an officer when someone finds that injured soldier”.

Next was he was asked whether he would like to serve the army if he is given a chance again. He replied “if he gets a chance to be a human in next life, he would join the army to satisfy his unfulfilled wishes and dreams which was snatched from him by the nature this time.”

Now let me share some views of suhasini the wife of a martyr who died in a battle. Javed Aktar was also present in the show. His tribute to the army through the film LAKSHAY was heart throbbing and award winning movie. He said if her husband was a Punjabi his family would have got 25 lakh, compensation for his death. But unfortunately he was from Karnataka. And the government promised suhasini to pay 1.5 lakhs. When suhasini was asked about this she said “government hasn’t even come forward to give a condolence letter to her family.” As I heard this tears started dripping from my eyes. But still she is proud to be wife of a martyr. Though she dint speak much she kept the matter short and powerful.

Seeing that show I deeply regret on my past. Though it was not a big achievement I cleared 2 rounds of air force interview for engineer officer post. As I was out of reach for the main interview which was held at varanasi due to my personal problems I dint experience the main process.

And 1 more heart throbbing thing was there was an officer in the crowd who is an engineer, had corporate experience for 3 years, cleared IIM interview but sacrificed it for the only pride of army. He was major inspiration of the show.

I will keep all these things in my mind. I will fight for my own dreams rather than for the dreams that present worlds society is imposing on me. Finally this show has thought me some thing which I lack personally.

“Live for your passion, don’t get driven away by others dreams”

Me and Murphy found..."Laws on present generation girls..."

My latest Ph.D. thesis - "Laws on Girls....."

1. If u think a girl is beautiful, she'll always have a boyfriend to confirm that

2. the nicer she is...the quicker u will be dumped!!!!!

3. The more the makeup, worse the looks...

4. "95% of the girls in this world are beautiful. Remaining 5% would always be around you...

5. The guy standing next to a beautiful girl can never be her brother.

6. If by any chance the girl you like , likes you too, she will let you know in about 10 years from now ,when you are committed to some one else

7. The more you ignore a girl, the more she'll want to be friends with you.

8. Theory of relativity......
The more u run towards a hot chick....the more she goes away from u...

9. Rule 1:
Even if you got her out alone... just when you are about to let her know about your feelings...she will spot a long lost friend( I guess from Kumbh ka Mela)

Corollary to rule 1:
The more desperate you are to tell your feelings to a girl on a private chat, the more probability the long lost friend she discovered is a handsome superman, who beats you in everything 9:1

Axiom 1:
The more dedicated you are to the girl, the longer it takes before things work out, but ultimately it will (somesmile for the guys)

10. the day the chick you really like comes and speaks to you will be the day when-
1. You are dressed badly
2. You forgot to brush your teeth for the first time in your life 3. Have a bad hair day

11. all the good girls are either nuns or married .the rest go around with u and ruin ur money, health and leave u a total wreck.

Now For my IInd paper:
Differences between men and women:

1. A successful man is one who makes more money than his wife can spend. A successful woman is one who can find such a man.

2. Men wake up as good-looking as when they went to bed. Women somehow deteriorate during the night.

3. A man will pay $2 for a $1 item he wants. A woman will pay $1 for a $2 item that she doesn't want.

4. A woman marries a man expecting he will change, but he doesn't. A man marries a woman expecting that she won't change, and she does.

5. There are two times when a man doesn't understand a woman- before and after marriage.

6. A woman worries about the future until she gets a husband. A man never worries about the future until he gets a wife.

7. To be happy with a man, you must understand him a lot and love him a little. To be happy with a woman, you must love her a lot and not try to understand her at all.

8. Any married man should forget his mistakes. There's no use in two people remembering the same thing!

9. A woman has the last word in any argument. Anything a man says after that is the beginning of a new argument.

10. Women look at a wedding as the beginning of romance, while men look at a wedding as the ending of romance.

My 3rd article...in paper....

I really wonder that how much i would have got name and fae if had been an editor or if i had been a journalist...even now i wish 2 switch to that stream...but my post engineering dreams deserves more importance at the moment...

time will come when those dreams will be fulfilled and i will be on the screens...

wait and watch guys and babes....

actually question was "Is tendulkar back in his old form?"

"
Is coming back to form a problem for our little star? He has served
Indian cricket for 18 years now and has crossed milestone of 15k ODI runs.
speaking truth and reality its time for him to retire. In a year out
of 10 series he is not physically fit for 5 of them. His mind has the
will but body has lost its energy to work more. Making big scores once a
blue moon is fortune. Its time for him to retire as a legend with name
and fame like lara, warne, Mcgrath etc. Cricket is a mind game but body
fitness is needed to work your brains out. Sachin can maximum stick to indian side for 2 years from now."

and this time my article was published in the same way i wrote it...hope im improving in my part...

yipeee:my second article in education times today!!!

hey nowadays a big emotion engrosses me...sometimes i even think did i choose a wrong profession?

nah...some luck factor it may be that my articles are making it into publics vision.
but im an engineer. during free time its really gr8 feeling that im doing something without beating around the bush in home...

yipppeeeeeee.....my second article came in news paper today...its on "what indain education system lacks..."

"Certainly right from the gurukul days our education system has been constantly gaining its pace. At present, what interests society is a hyped education i,e top institutions. there has been a gradual change in all levels of education. Comparing to foriegn universities what our system lacks s credit based course system. Foriegn universities concentrate more on practical and research. I wish most institutions in india lacks this.
Educational system needs to be more flexible such that it can produce researchers in various fields. A doctor may be interested in technology also and in this situation he has to be offered a course of his wish along with his MBBS. Students in schools have to be given inspirational talks on achievers and leaders. They have to be shown the way to find their interest which will reduce parents job on finding a career for them. Book based system should be converted to experience based system. Everything should be taught with practical examples."

but 1 thing this s the article which i sent....content and most of the article including my name is published correctly...but i really admire those editors who has decorated my article with a better intro and conclusion...

their work was splendid than mine....

THATS REALLY GREAT!!!***my 1st article on newspaper***

the topic was to tell about who is super star. is it rajni or AB?

and here is my 100 words article which i sent it to dna and it got published today...really a happy moment...wish to keep my pulses high and aspiring.

"Rajni is the supernova star for sure. He is a silent saint who has grabbed the attention from poor to rich and from east to west of this world. No endorsements, no politics, no controversies, no inhumane activities. Definitely he is india's biggest superstar. He is a mascot in disguise for the poor. And he is the epitome of style."

i ll go ahead with this. sitting in home these things can inspire me sometimes....

technology rocks!!!

hey did u ppl wonder how rajni looked so pinkish like an european n sivaji-the boss???

i hope u ppl r still thinking its a make up on him...that 2 in "oru kudai sunlight song"

u r absolutely wrong...

here technology plays its role...rajni was asked to enact the scenes later an irish gal was asked to enact the same what rajni did...so her acting was captured and using the texture technology her face and structure were changed like rajnis...it was not graphics but its image processing...

every pixel has been aligned to get rajnis image from the gals picture...

so there is no wonder to think how this film cost is 80 crores...this s only for a song....wen it accumulates for whole film its really worth admiring these technologies being an engineer....
